4、 Notes for enterprises to sign up for exhibition:
1. The exhibitor should fill in the application form, affix the company's seal and fax or mail it to our company.
2. After receiving the application form, we will sign the agreement for the participating enterprises.
3. After the signing of the exhibition agreement, 50% of the booth fee shall be paid as the deposit within 5 days, and the balance shall be paid two months before the opening of the exhibition. If the payment is overdue, the organizer will not guarantee the confirmed booth. Please forgive me for the change of booth.
4. When paying the booth fee, please remit the fee through bank. When using the check, please fill in the name of the organizer in the title of the check. Please do not pay cash or cheques without title. Otherwise, the economic losses caused by this shall be borne by the exhibitors.
