1、 Exhibition schedule:
1. From 29-30 June 2021, the manufacturer will report and arrange the exhibition (from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.);

4、 Notes for enterprises to sign up for exhibition:
1. After the confirmation of the booth, the exhibitor shall pay 50% of the booth fee as deposit within 5 days, and the balance shall be paid two months before the opening of the exhibition. If the payment is overdue, the organizer will not guarantee the confirmed booth. Please forgive me for the change of booth.
2. When paying the booth fee, the exhibitor should remit money through the bank. When using the check, please fill in the name of the organizer in the title of the check. Please do not pay cash or cheques that are not payable. Otherwise, the economic losses caused by this should be borne by the exhibitors.
4. Due to force majeure, such as plague, earthquake or government behavior, the exhibition booth fee paid by Party B can not be refunded and can only be used as the fee for participating in the postponed holding of the fair.
5. In view of the overall needs of the conference or for special reasons, both parties shall negotiate to change the position of the exhibition stand, and the participating units shall cooperate in the implementation.
6. Exhibitors are not allowed to transfer their booths by themselves, and they are not allowed to bring inflammable, explosive, toxic and other articles or products inconsistent with the declared products. Otherwise, the organizer has the right to clear them out of the exhibition hall, and the exhibition fee will not be returned, and the right to investigate the responsibilities of the exhibitors is reserved.
7. Products other than toys, airplanes, bags, clothing, telescopes, cutting tools, Juicers, jewelry, necklaces and other hotel supplies are not allowed to participate in the exhibition. Once found, the organizer has the right to clear them out of the exhibition hall, and the amount paid will not be refunded.
8. If the products are found to be infringing, the organizer shall have the right not to return the products to the exhibition hall.
